Chop the potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces and place on the baking sheet
Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil
Sprinkle the potatoes with the smoked paprika, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper
Toss the potatoes a few times to coat with the mixture
Roast for about 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crisp around the edges
