Easy Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing
A creamy, tangy vegan ranch that's perfect for dipping or drizzling.
Ingredients
- 1½ cup vegan mayo
- ⅓ cup almond milk unsweetened
- 1½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
Notes
Milk amount: Start with less plant-based milk for a thicker dip consistency, and add more to reach a pourable dressing texture. Garlic: Fresh minced garlic gives the boldest flavor, but ½ tsp garlic powder works as a substitute. Paprika swap: Regular paprika works fine in place of smoked if you prefer a more classic ranch flavor.
