It’s hard to find healthy food in America (at least, that’s been my experience). 75% of Americans are overweight, so something tells me I’m not alone.
My recipes are nothing special by design. I aim to use simple, fresh ingredients to make simple, tasty meals.
As I started my journey to improve my health, I realized it was a lot of work to just figure out what to eat, let alone cook.
I was also buying a bunch of extra ingredients that I wasn’t using, and wasting a lot of time and money.
So after all of the work I did to clean up my diet and streamline my meal prep, I thought I’d share what I find with you all.
My goal is to make the world a little happier and a little healthier.
